ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturer of stamping dies. We specialize in all types of dies. Progressive dies, draw form dies, tube forming dies, blanking dies, prototype dies and forming dies. In house tryout to 250 ton. Local tryout to 400 ton. All designs done in 3D to check for design clearances.

Tube dies with walking beam transfer. We have over 30 years experience in die design and build. Serving all industries. We can help with cost benefit analysis to determine the payback when considering moving from laser cut and manually formed parts to dies. When doing low volume, parts are usually laser cut and formed in brake press or in simple forming die.

Medium volume may justify a blanking die and a forming die using hand transfer. High volume can justify progressive dies where continuous coil stock is fed into the press. We also do short run stamping in house.
